Wow, one week and no response after your phone guys were the ones to tell me to post here to get immediate response. GREAT customer service! Please refund me my PowerUp card costs and I will never be buying anything from Gamestop again. No one expects that you have everything handled perfectly, but the lack of response in the place where people are told to ask for help is ridiculous.
